The finance department handles all finances including liaising with customers on import and export proceeds, as well as communicating on matters related to letters of credit, local and international. The finance department corresponds with all reputed banks in Sri-lanka.

Sales are done through a dedicated sales team by visiting customers on a daily basis around Sri-Lanka. Overseas customers liaise with us through e-mail, fax and phone, we also have a team who visits them overseas whenever necessary. While the sales team is away, customers may communicate with us through the customer liaison department, which operates seven days a week. Orders may be placed through a certified purchase order by local customers, and overseas purchase orders should be backed by letter of credit or advance payment by TT, however, these terms are negotiable.
