Paper and board

Paper and Board plays a major role in producing our end-product Tags and Envelopes. Hence, quality and continuous supply is vital to meet the demand of our customers.

We have the best quality paper and board suppliers from around the world with a mutual understanding of our quality and quantity requirements. Envelope paper is imported from Europe and Japan and the art board is imported from USA, Japan, Indonesia and China.

Regular visits to the mills by us and our suppliers helps the suppliers themselves understand our needs. Paper and board are custom made, then supplied to us in Jumbo Reels. Then they’re slitted in-house at our factory. To meet the quantity demand of material, we have a three way cycle in which we have material in order, material in float, and material in stock.

Tooling

Precision tooling is a must so as to supply Tags and Envelopes suitable for high speed Tea bagging machines. Rotary die cutters, Punchers, Punching modules are all imported from the world’s best suppliers in Germany and Australia. Anilox rolls, which we use are ceramic, and are imported from Germany, which helps to transfer accurate quantities of inks. These are thinned down with doctor blades from Switzerland.
